Responsibilities:


  • Preparing and communicating sales quotes and product specifications; coordinating deliveries with customers; tracking shipments; controlling inventory.
  • Resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Recruiting and managing staff; training and developing teams.
  • Participating in sales initiatives and trade shows.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Generating reports and monitoring performance indicators.


Skills and qualifications :


  • College diploma in sales/marketing or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales or customer service, with progressive responsibility
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Business development skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills
  • Self-motivation, organization, and results orientation
